Hickman’s career at Total Quality Logistics (TQL) began in 2020 as a Logistics Account Executive. He was selected as an inaugural member of TQL’s Oversized/Overweight department, helping implement critical operational practices like specialized drayage solutions and training modules. His ability to onboard new customers and generate revenue earned him a promotion to Account Representative Captain in 2021. His expertise includes training for oversized loads, project management, and B2B sales. He has contributed to high-profile projects for numerous companies, including Amazon and Google.
