Executive Sales Director
Description

The Executive Sales Director is responsible for the success of the company’s sales targets within their assigned geographic region. The Executive Sales Director will collaborate with their sales manager to identify new business opportunities to meet sales objectives. The Executive Sales Director is accountable for the performance of their assigned territory.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the sales lead point of the assigned territory while building and nurturing trusted, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with their account manager to ensure the customer is served appropriately.
  • Develop strategies to grow existing accounts.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the customer’s needs.
  • Exceed customer expectations.
  • Utilize outstanding sales skills to prospect, demo, and ultimately close new business.
Experience and Requirements

Extensive experience of 5+ years working in the Automotive Finance or Special Finance market. The ability to prove a positive revenue/growth history. Able to demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in sales and account management through previous roles. Must live within the assigned geographical territory.
